Bedhead Hats are one of our absolute best-sellers and with good reason - they are amazing! 

They have so many great features that make them a firm favourite with our customers and we love talking about them, so read on to find out more.

Bedhead Hats is a small family business from the Central Coast of NSW with a mission to create hats that make sun safety more comfortable for babies and kids. 

Like all innovative products, the hats were born from a need. Founder and mum Richelle was looking for a good hat for her newborn that offered sun protection and was light and comfortable to wear without an annoying floppy brim.

She couldn't find one, so she made it herself and the rest is history!

Behead Hats make sun hats and swim hats for newborns, toddlers, kids and even adults!! They have all different styles from bucket hats and legionnaire style to super cute bonnets.

There is a design to suit everyone with solid colours, dreamy floral heritage and fun whimsical prints with animals, spots and rainbows. Many of the hats also feature a reversible design so you can wear with different outfits.

They even make matching prints in the kids and adults ranges so you can match with your mini-me!! 

They are all UPF 50+ to the Australian standard which means you have peace of mind knowing the kids (and you) are protected. 

One of Bedhead's features is to make their hats as comfortable as possible so that kids want to wear their hat and not take it off! 

They have succeeded! The fabric is light, soft, stretchy and cool and the hats have a toggle chin strap to keep hats in place. 

The brims are anti-flop and will stay out of the kids' faces, no matter how many times they are washed. 

The Bedhead Hats sizing starts at just 37cm which is for newborns. It helps to get babies used to wearing a hat and the sensation so when they are more mobile and independent toddlers, the hat will stay on! 

All of the hats have sizes, so measure your child's head to get the perfect fit if shopping online.  In store, just ask us for help and we can find you the perfect style and size!

The Little Treehouse Lane staff are huge fans of Bedhead Hats for our own kids (especially living in sunny and hot Mackay in Queensland!) and we love that the colours look fresh wash after wash.
