Refund, Returns & Shipping
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you
change your mind.
However, where possible we will try to accommodate you in exchanging your purchase only. Please keep in mind this is not always possible. If we are able to accommodate you with an exchange for a change of mind, the cost of shipping both ways will be your responsibility.

This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from
buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked
for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will
compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within
a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time
you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase—
e.g. your receipt.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued without your receipt.
All products requiring an exchange will be required to be returned in a re-saleable, unused condition. This includes any packaging.
Any items purchased in a scratch and dent or clearance sale will be listed with a reason as to why it is heavily reduced. You will have this information prior to purchasing and therefore no refund will be given on these items as it will be considered a "change of mind".
