• Place Gel pack in freezer for a minimum of two hours. The longer the better.
• Remove gel pack from the freezer and place into cooler bag, next to or on top of your lunch box.
• In hotter climates you may require 2 ice packs to keep your lunch cold long enough.
• Return gel pack to freezer for reuse.
