The ergoPouch Jersey Sleeping Bag is a safe, ergonomic sleeping solution for babies and toddlers, designed specifically for arms-out sleepers, typically from around 3 months of age. Slim-fit and stretchy, it’s perfect as your baby’s first sleeping bag after the swaddling stage.

Comfortable, Safe Sleep
Made from soft, GOTS-certified organic cotton and bamboo viscose, the Jersey Sleeping Bag is gentle on sensitive skin, breathable, and non-toxic. Its bell-shaped bottom supports healthy hip development and is approved by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. The stretchy design allows babies to move freely, ensuring comfort throughout the night.

1.0 TOG for Warm Rooms
Ideal for room temperatures of 21–24°C / 70–75°F, this sleeping bag keeps your little one comfortably warm without the need for extra blankets, providing a safe-sleep environment. Pair with our TOG-rated Layers or Bodywear underneath, and add Arm Warmers for extra warmth if needed (all sold separately).

How to Use

1. Lay the Jersey Bag flat with the zip open.

2. Place your baby on top, insert arms into armholes, and tuck legs into the pouch. Zip closed.

3. To change a nappy or cool down, unzip from the bottom to release legs and lower torso. Zip closed when finished.

4. Layer underneath or add Arm Warmers for extra warmth as needed.

Care Instructions
Gentle cold machine wash, low tumble dry, moderately hot iron, dry cleanable. Avoid bleach-based stain removers.
